End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Paweł Szczabel ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Jufo application ("App") on devices you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features provided within the App

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Licensor and title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the App shall remain with the Licensor.

The App is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the App is transferred to you.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of your meditation data. By using the App, you grant the Licensor a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the App's functionality, including:

• Storing meditation session records
• Displaying your progress and statistics
• Showing your nickname and total time on the public leaderboard

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

• Google Firebase - Authentication and database services
• OneSignal - Push notification services
• Apple App Store - Distribution platform

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Licensor does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• The Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App (zero, as the App is free)
• The Licensor is not responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service

9. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. This EULA applies to all such updates unless a separate license is provided.

The Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Opole, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the App.
